Cancellation Policy
🌸 Bell’s Blooms Flower Bar Policy We’re so excited to bring the joy of blooms to your event! To ensure a smooth and beautiful experience, please review our flower bar policies below: Booking & Payment - A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. - Final headcount and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to your event. - Payment can be made via Venmo, or credit card. Cancellation & Refunds - Cancellations made 7+ days in advance will receive a full refund of any payments made. - Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are subject to a **25% cancellation fee**. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the full deposit. - No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable. Weather & Rescheduling (for outdoor events) - In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule or relocate the event when possible. - Rescheduling is allowed **once at no charge** if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the event. Liability - Bell’s Blooms is not liable for any injuries sustained during DIY flower bar activities, including but not limited to the use of clippers, scissors, or other tools. - Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Clients assume responsibility for any damages caused to rented or provided materials. Set-Up & Clean-Up - We will arrive **30–45 minutes prior** to set up and require access to the event space. - Clean-up is included in all booking packages unless otherwise noted.
